Tom first became involved in the photographic industry in high school as a photo finisher and eventually opened and operated his own portrait photography studio with photofinishing and digital imaging lab in Overland Park in the late 1990’s.  Later he moved to Franklin County and only engage in photography on a part-time basis.  Recently Tom has  been the photographer for school dances, Graduation  and many high school senior students in the Central Heights School District.  Toms latest efforts have created the Wheat Field Photography Association and he has become the  leader of the Franklin County 4-H Photography Club.
